Excused:

I. Minutes of December 5, 2001

Action: Moved by Bhushan and seconded by Jacobson to approve the minutes of December 5, 2001 with corrections. Motion carried.

II. Business

A. Jacobson brought in a draft letter on the policy for leave of non-tenure track faculty which included Special Instructional, Research and Clinical Faculty Professionals.

Action: Two in favor, Three opposed, Three abstentions to the motion.

III. Adjourn 3:15 pm.

Action: Moved by Bhushan and seconded by Beard to adjourn meeting.

Passed unanimously.
