COUNCIL FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING
Minutes

Present: Adkison, Dean, Devine, Devaud, Kunicki, Reis, Sato, Smith (Chair)
1. It was established that a quorum was present (Dean was voting for Packer).
2. Minutes of April 25, 2005.
Action: Motion by Devaud and seconded by Adkison to approve the
Minutes of April 25, 2005. Passed unanimously.
3.
Campus
Planning Council –
Devine was invited to the Campus Planning council meeting so the two
councils can work together. The
executive committee to Campus Planning will be invited a to
CTL meeting next semester. Reis will
meet with Darrell Buffaloe after this semester.
4.
The
survey and report information for instructional facilities on campus was in
News & Notes this morning.
The websites are: http://134.50.148.203/isu_cls/ and http://isu.edu/ctl/ .
5. Changes to bylaws-
The change to membership will add as permanent members the Director of General Education in the COT and the Faculty Coordinator for Assessment in the OIR.
Action: Moved by Devine and seconded by Reis to accept the changes
to the bylaws. Passed
unanimously.
