Present: Adkison, Devaud, Kunicki, McGinnis, Smith, Packer, Nuhfer, Reynolds, and Dean

Absent: Bunde Reis, Jones, Watson, Squires, and Wabrek

1. It was established that a quorum was present -

Minutes of April 2, 2004 –

Action: Moved by Devaud and seconded by Adkison to approve the minutes of April 2, 2004 without corrections. Passed unanimously.

2. Action: It was moved by Adkison and seconded by Devaud to re-elect Rosemary Smith as Chair for 2004-2005. Passed unanimously (Smith abstained).

3. Introduction and discussion of key points of statement of plan for classroom renovations.

3. Steve Adkison will propose an amendment to include the COT chair for General Education as a permanent member of the CTL.

4. The next meeting will be April 30, 2004 at 10:15.
