Spring Semester 2008

Tuition and Fee Payment Information

Fee processing for Spring 2008 began in early November 2007.  Bills and TranPay are sent to students at their local address beginning December 4, 2007. Those who pre-register after January 1, 2008 should either request a bill at 282-3000 or attend in-person registration January 9, 10, 11 or 14.  Students should check on the web site or in-person to verify fee payment and registration in classes.  Payments made by employers or similar agencies usually require students to sign and return the TranPay form to complete the payment process.

An Orientation fee of $35 is being assessed to all new degree-seeking undergraduate students entering Fall 2005 or after. All new students should plan to attend the orientation program the week before classes begin. More information concerning cost of attendance can be found here.

Processing of Financial Aid begins January 4, 2008 for students that return their TranPay forms by January 3, 2008. Receipts and change checks from these early transactions will be delivered only by mail. If you wish to pick up your change check personally, do not send your TranPay to us. You must attend in-person registration and fee payment in the PSUB ballroom.

Fee loans are available for Spring Semester beginning January 9 at In-person registration through January 28 (subject to late fees). Fee loans require at least a 25% down payment (40% down payment may be required based on prior credit history at the University), with the balance due April 2, 2007. A non-refundable $10 handling charge is assessed for the fee loan. Interest and penalties accrue if the loan is not repaid in full by the April 1 interest-free due date. Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, and Boise offices also offer fee loans January 9- January 28.

A $50 late handling fee will be charged to students paying fees Tuesday, January 15 through Monday, January 28.

Late registration and/or fee payment after January 22 is by permission only. A $100 late fee will be charged and a late registration petition will be required of those students who have not paid fees by Monday, January 28.
