State Board of Education Meeting Schedule / Agenda Deadline
The Office of Finance and Administration prepares ISU’s agenda for State Board of Education meetings. Departments submitting New Position/Change Request forms should have the forms completed, signed, and turned in to Finance and Administration by the dates listed below. Please submit one (1) copy of the form for each new position or change requested. All of the requested information is required. Please be brief in the description of duties and justification. Once approved by the State Board of Education, a copy of the form, stamped with the SBOE approval date, will be sent to the department chair or director and the dean.
The deadline for submission dates listed below are the latest possible dates agenda items will be accepted by Finance and Administration for inclusion in ISU’s agenda for the State Board of Education meetings. This allows only two days for preparation of ISU’s agenda for submission to the State Board of Education by their deadline. The State Board of Education will not accept items for the agenda after their deadline.
