- Social Security Number
- ECSI Pin Number
- If you do not have ECSI pin or have lost it: Call 888-549-3274
- ECSI will email pin number to you
- Log Onto Web site: www.ecsi.net
- Log into "My Account"
- Under "My Account" Click on Exit Interview
- Follow Instructions to Complete Interview
If you have problems completing the exit interview, call ECSI at 888-549-3274
A Federal Loan Hold placed on Idaho State University records will automatically be removed when the exit interview is completed.
Transcripts and diplomas will not be released until the exit interview is completed.
