Current ISU Rates
Idaho State University has negotiated a Facilities and Administrative Costs (F & A) rate with our cognizant agency, the Division of Cost Allocation within the Department of Health and Human Services. This rate took effect for new awards as of July 1, 2008.
- Our current rate for projects with agencies of the Federal government is:
- 47% of Salaries and Wages On-Campus
- 22.6% of Salaries and Wages Off-Campus
- Projects with agencies of the State of Idaho are:
- 20% of Total Direct Costs
- Projects with Idaho municipal, county, health districts, and other public, non-profit agencies:
- 20% of Total Direct Costs
- Projects with Private Entities; profit and non-profit:
- The Federal rate or 25% of total direct cost, whichever is more
