Pay Online for Students
Students can pay their fees online with credit, debit cards, and electronic check/transfer using the CASHNet program in BengalWeb. There are three safe and secure ways to access the CASHNET program in BengalWeb:
Pay your fees via the My Account link:
- Log in to BengalWeb
- Go to the Finances tab
- Find the My Account channel, your total fees are show here
- Click on term link for detailed fee information.
- The Account Summary by Term screen appears. To make a payment click the Pay Now Via CASHNet link at the bottom.
- From there the Student Account Online screen appears. To make a payment, click on the make a payment link (at the top of the page) or click
on the Click here to make a payment link in the Your Account Channel.
Follow the steps to complete your payment using a Credit or Debit Card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club only) and electronic check/ transfer. Unfortunately, the University is no longer able to accept Visa.

Note: Payments made using a credit or debit card will incur an additional 2.75% convenience fee. Using a credit/debit card to pay fees will only be allowed online via BengalWeb.

View What Your Fees are via the My Account Summary link:
- Log in to BengalWeb
- Go to the Finances tab
- Find the Online Fee Payment channel
- Click on the My Account Summary to see a summary view of your current bill—both current and outstanding charges
- The Account Summary screen appears. To make a payment click the Pay Now Via CASHNet link at the bottom. If you have questions or concerns about your account, please call (208) 282-3000 so that our customer service personnel can assist you.
- From there the Student Account Online screen appears. To make a payment, click on the make a payment link (at the top of the page) or click
on the Click here to make a payment link in the Your Account Channel.

- Students click on the Finances tab
- Find the Online Fee Payment channel
- Click on the Pay Now via CASHNet link, which takes you directly to your CASHNet account
- The CASHNet Student Account Online screen opens up
- To make a payment, click on make a payment (in the Your Account channel or in the ToolBar at the top.)
- Follow the steps to complete your payment using a Credit or Debit Card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club only) and electronic check/ transfer. Unfortunately, the University is no longer able to accept Visa.
