Fall Semester 2006
Tuition and Fee Payment Information
Fee processing for Fall 2006 will begin in early July 2006. Bills and TranPay will be sent to students at their permanent address beginning July 18. Students who pre-register after August 14, 2006 should either request a bill at 282-3000 or attend in-person registration August 16-18. Students should check on the web site or in-person to verify fee payment and registration in classes. Payments made by employers or other sponsoring agencies usually require students to sign and return the TranPay form to complete the payment process and avoid late fees.
An Orientation fee of $35 is assessed to all new degree-seeking undergraduate students entering Fall 2005, or after. All new students should plan to attend the orientation program the week before classes begin. More information concerning cost of attendance can be found here.
Financial Aid processing begins August 11, 2006, for students that return their TranPay forms by August 10, 2006. Receipts and change checks from these early transactions will be delivered only by mail. If you wish to pick up your change check personally, do not send your TranPay to us. You must attend in-person registration and fee payment in the PSUB ballroom.
Fee loans are available for Fall Semester beginning August 16 at In-person registration through September 1 (subject to late fees). Fee loans require a 25% down payment (40% down payment may be required based on prior credit history at the University,) with the balance due November 1, 2006. A non-refundable $10 processing charge is assessed for the fee loan. Interest and penalties accrue if the loan is not repaid in full by the November 1 interest-free due date. Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, and Boise offices also offer fee loans.
A $50 late handling fee will be charged to students paying fees Tuesday, August 22 through Friday, September 1.
Late registration and/or fee payment after September 1 is by permission only. A late registration petition will be required of those students who have not paid fees by Friday, September 1, 2006, and a $100 late fee will be charged.
In-Person Registration and Fee Payment
In-person registration and fee payment will be held in the PSUB Ballroom Wednesday, August 16 through Friday, August 18, 2006. Hours are:

University of Idaho Students
If you are taking classes from the University of Idaho in Fall semester 2006, you will be on the same payment schedule as Idaho Sate University.
Student Health Insurance Information
Health insurance coverage is mandatory for students at ISU. Students who document personal health insurance coverage can have the insurance premium of $465 waived. To document the insurance coverage on-line, log on to http://my.isu.edu and go to the link for Charges/Fees/Awards/Insurance and waive the insurance before paying fees.
