- Caution!... Before Submitting your Appeal you MUST:
- Complete the FAFSA for the semester you are requesting reinstatement.
- Be an admitted, degree-seeking student at ISU.
- Be registered for semester your are requesting reinstatement.
- Then Submit before deadline!!!
- Summer Deadline - One week prior to the last day of course work (including finals).

- Maximum Credits Attempted Appeal
- Request for Review of Satisfactory Progress
- Continuing Contract

Confirm with the Office of Financial Aid which forms are required for your individual appeal. Complete the necessary forms & return to our office.
