Order a Tax Transcripts from the IRS
Federal Requirements no longer allow us to accept Tax Forms. We must obtain Tax Transcripts from the Student/Parent for verification.

Hint: To Order a Tax Transcript from the IRS
- Use #3. "Go get your Transcript"
- You will be given the option to choose which "type" of transcript
- Request the "Return" and the IRS will mail you a Return Transcript
- Submit a copy to the Financial Aid Office
- Amended.. If you have Amended your Tax Returns
- Choose "Account" and the IRS will mail you an Account Transcript
- Submit WITH a copy of your amended tax return to the Financial Aid Office.
- Extension.. If you have filed for an Extension of your taxes
- Please submit the tax return transcript for your prior year's return
- Include a copy of the IRS extension form to the Financial Aid Office.
Note: A current year tax transcript will be required prior to the second disbursement of aid.
