Fall 2011, Spring 2012 and Summer 2012 - The federal government requires colleges to check the accuracy
of the information you provided on your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This process is called verification.
You must complete the verification process before the Office of Financial Aid can establish your eligibility for
assistance. If you do not return the appropriate information on the requested form, ALONG WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION,
you will not be considered for federal financial aid. Please return required documents and information to:

The forms an individual will be required to provide will show as a link on the student's BengalWeb Finance Tab under Financial Aid Requirements Channel. You may also print the needed form from the list below and mail or fax it to our office.
