George Casper was director of Idaho State University's Holt Arena from 1991 to 1995, and returned to ISU in January 2005 as the University's events director. Casper had been executive director of the Multi-Purpose Events Center Complex (MPEC) in Wichita Falls, Texas, from 1995-2004.
As events director, he is responsible for planning, directing, facilitating and promoting events at Holt Arena, the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center, Frazier Hall and other ISU venues.
