Successful Transitions into Energy Professions (STEP)
Successful Transitions into Energy Professions (STEP) is a preparatory program to assist students whose educational goal is entry into the Energy Systems Technology and Education Center (ESTEC).
STEP participants receive:
- One-on-one math instruction
- Math workshops utilizing energy concepts
- Academic success skills workshops
- Career and personal counseling
- Success driven support
