Account Number Permissions List
Deadline: March 27

On July 1, 2009, ISU will implement a new Finance system. In preparation for this event, the Finance Team is setting up security to allow all necessary individuals to access their budget and expenditure information.

In order to assure that critical budget information is available when the new Finance system goes live, account directors must review and update their account permissions by March 27, and make sure the individuals listed are the ones who should have access to this information. Karen Sparks, finance team lead, emailed all account directors a list of their current accounts and associated permissions on March 10, asking them to update their account permissions list.

Please note: If your account permissions aren't correct in FSTools, department permission lists will not be correct when converted to Banner. If that occurs, staff members will not be able to access critical budget information for their account director.
