TIGERi Team Player Spotlight—Alice Arambarri,
Systems Analyst for HR/Payroll Implementation
Alice Arambarri says that Idaho State University will benefit greatly from the new TIGERi system by improving the university community’s ability to access information from one common source. “TIGERi’s integrated technology gives us the opportunity to provide the students, faculty, and staff with personalized data available through a secure, user-friendly environment.”
Alice Arambarri is the systems analyst for Human Resources (HR)/Payroll implementation of the TIGERi project. Ms. Arambarri works closely with Ray Ludwig, HR/Payroll team lead, coordinating various implementation processes including payroll, retirement benefits, taxes, and pay grades.
Ms. Arambarri has 31 years of experience in information technology services and computer programming. Her career in information technology services began here at ISU where she was a keypunch operator, production control clerk, and computer operator. She was then promoted to programmer trainee in 1983. Since that time she has been writing programs to process insurance, retirement, taxes, college work study and payroll.
“We are fortunate to have someone with Ms. Arambarri’s experience working on the TIGERi team,” states Ray Ludwig, hr/payroll team lead.
