ERP Vendor Demonstrations.
Idaho State University is beginning a project to replace its administrative computer systems with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. We are currently evaluating responses from two vendors that have responded to a Request for Proposals (RFP). One important step in this evaluation will be week-long demonstrations of the proposed solution from each vendor. The ERP system demonstration scheduled for the week of December 18-22 has been canceled. Datatel, the vendor scheduled to demonstrate their system next week, has withdrawn from consideration for our project. The demonstrations occuring this week with a different vendor will continue as scheduled. A full evaluation of their proposed ERP solutions is still very important to us.
