Textbooks Approved for Use in Composition Classes
Reminder: Any book not on this Approved Texts list, whether in addition to works on that list or in place of works on that list, needs to be approved by the Composition Committee. You should briefly describe in writing your rationale and plan for using that text. If the text is approved, the Composition Committee will ask for a copy of the course syllabus and, at the end of the semester, an evaluation of how the text worked. Initially, texts will be approved for one semester, but you may petition the Composition Committee to use the text again.
