Combined Bachelor to Master Program Application Process
Students meeting the following conditions can apply:
- A current Idaho State University student
- 24 earned credit hours
- 2.5 GPA*
*Entry into the MOT requires a 3.0 cumulative GPA
Interested students must:
- Download/print the application form
- Meet with the BUS Program Director
- Meet with the Occupational Therapy Liaison
- Submit the completed application form to the BUS program located in the Business Administration building by the 4 pm on the 5th Friday of the semester.
