Meet The Staff

Rebecca

REBECCA MORROW

Director of the Anderson Center since September 2002, Rebecca’s background is in Anthropology. She was awarded her Ph.D. from SUNY – Buffalo where she wrote a dissertation on marital breakdown among working-class women in Dublin, Ireland, based on an 18-month fieldwork stay. During the 2001-02 academic year, Rebecca was a Fulbright Fellow to Lithuania. In her free time she enjoys travel, museums and hanging out with her cat. Her favorite thing about Pocatello is that it’s sunny about 99% of the time.

LISA GARDNER

LisaLisa is the Administrative Assistant for the Anderson Center.  She greets visitors in person and on the phone.  Lisa provides information about the Anderson Center’s programs, policies and procedures.  She likes to listen to good music, read good books, sew and embroider, and especially bake.  She and her husband spend time together chasing their wild dogs Maggie and Ruger.  She LOVES Wonder Woman and hopes one day to be just like her, lasso included.  She would like to teach high school history, govt. and maybe physical education but until then she totally enjoys working at the Anderson Center.  

KIM TALBOT

Kim

Kim is the Project Hope Coordinator.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and is currently working on her Masters in Public Health.  Kim has six years’ experience in the advocacy field.  She advocates for victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.  Her current areas of interest include researching stalking, club drugs and drug facilitated sexual assault.  Kim has a dog named Maxwell Edison (named for a character in a Beatles’ song) and the two of them love to tool around the ISU quad during the summer.  Kim enjoys reading, traveling, watching foreign films, listening to music and taking a nap any chance she gets.

VERENA ROBERTS

Verena

Verena is the graduate teaching assistant and Program Coordinator for the Anderson Center. She grew up in Berlin, Germany, but is now a resident of the United States. She completed her bachelors of Science in Psychology at Idaho State University. Verena is responsible for all details related to the organization, development and promotion of the Anderson Center's programs.  Verena is also a full-time doctoral student in the ISU Clinical Psychology Program. In her free-time, Verena enjoys horseback riding, traveling, dancing, listening to music, and relaxing with her family and friends.
