Mr. Chad W. A. Gross, Assistant Professor, Technical Director

Biography

Chad Gross is our resident Technical Director.  Chad began his theatre studies at Central Washington University, where he received his B.A. in Theatre.  He then received his M.F.A. in Production Design from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.    Chad is now in his fifth year with the Theatre and Dance Department as the Technical Director.  His recent credits include Forever Plaid, Macbeth, The Importance of Being Earnest, Antigone, Oleanna, Twelfth Night, Amy’s View, Man of LaMancha, and Something’s AfootDuring his career, Chad had the opportunity to work at the Glimmerglass Opera where he worked on such productions as Dialogue of the Carmelties, Cavalleria Rusticana/Pagliacci, Orlando Palandino, and Little Women.   Chad teaches Stagecraft, Theatre Management, Backstage Elements and Appreciation of Drama.
