IPT for Field Instructors
- Please request organization ID login username and password from Debbie Francis, Social Work Program Secretary.
- Login to Intern Placement Tracking Alcea Software.
- Login with required username and password (Step #1).
- Once on the home page, click “Supervisor List” at the top of the page.
- Each field instructor within your agency will need to complete a separate page. If you are trained in crisis response and would be willing to respond in the case of a disaster, please indicate this. Once the agency name is entered here, your agency and supervisor list will be linked. Students cannot access supervisor information.
- Click “Save” after you have entered your information.
- Click on your agency list. Note the alphabetical tabs at the top.
- Complete agency information as desired. Since ISU only has a BSW program at this time, just mark the BSW box on this page. Students cannot see the first textbox labeled “Comments”. Use the textbox under agency website box to describe the services which your agency provides as well as learning opportunities which students may expect. If there are particular areas of knowledge or classes which students should have before seeking a placement at your agency, please list these requirements as well. If you offer a stipend please indicate this. Also, make sure the primary classification drop box accurately describes your agency.
- Click “Save” after all information has been entered.
