It must have a title, your name, affiliation, address, email address, key words (only 4 or 5). Selected speakers will be notified by August 4 , 2006.
Full paper must be delivered in hardcopy and electronic form before the meeting to NATO Director.

Registration:
Please submit a one page CV – it should
contain highest degree obtained, year, name of institution, location,
title, contact phone number, length of service, and titles of three
most recent papers with publication date and name of Journal. Please include
a short statement of your motivation for attending this workshop.
Accomodation/Travel:
Room and board will be provided to all accepted participants.
Travel fees will be reimbursed to some of the participants who are
in need of financial support. Partial travel support may be provided
to some participants from developing countries. Please submit your request
to the organizers.
