Concert Reviews:
Salt Lake City Tribune
"Masserini's dark tone comforted like a warm blanket. His measured phrases and elegant ornamentation in the Largetto [Mozart Clarinet Quintet] added serenity to one of Mozart's most transcendent melodies".
The Clarinet (Journal of the International Clarinet Association)
"Trio Sonor (USA) of clarinetist John Masserini . . . were unshaken as they gave an excellent performance of the intriguing arrangements of Max Burch's Three Pieces for Clairnet, Bassoon and Piano Op. 83 and Astor Piazzolla's Two Argentinean Dances".
