Longer Term Contracts (ROS, 6am to 10pm):
40 x 15sec x 12 months = $2400 (or $200/month) (30s = $3200/60s = $4800)
40 x 15sec x 6 months = $1320 (or $220/month) (30s = $1800/60s = $3000)
40 x 15sec x 3 months = $750 (or $250/month) (30s = $1020/60s = $1800)

Definitions:
ROS = Run of Schedule (As computer places spots)
Specific = Specific requested times (some may not be available)
