The entire state of Idaho, with the exception of Ada County, is a primary health care, dental care, or mental health care shortage area. An astounding 90% of the state of Idaho is in a health professions shortage area.
As an IRHA member you will receive one free subscription to the Rural Roads Newsletter. Rural Roads, published by the National Rural Health Association, connects you to the entire nation.
The Idaho Rural Health Association also sponsors events that offer continuing education units (CEU's).
IRHA accepts varied membership consisting of physicians, nurses, nutritionists, other health care professionals, health care administrators, public health officials, government officials, researchers, educators, students, and private individuals.
