What is the Idea Bank?
The HRTD Idea Bank is a repository of files that contain tools, templates, information, and ideas created and/or assembled by individuals in the Human Resource Training and Development field, including Adult Educators, Professional Technical Education Instructors, and Corporate Trainers.
Who can contribute?
ISU faculty, staff, students, and graduates as well as other HRTD professionals are invited to download and submit files for the Idea Bank. If you are currently working in, a student of, or have in the past been involved in Human Resource Training and Development, then we welcome your ideas, tools, templates, and activities, so that other HRTD professionals can benefit from your knowledge and you can benefit from the knowledge of others.
How to contribute?
Submissions to the Idea Bank are made by email. Ms Word, Adobe PDF, JPEG, and GIF files are accepted as email attachments. The files are scanned for viruses, go through a content review, and if accepted, are forwarded to the Web Master for inclusion in one of the the Idea Bank categories. Not all submissions are accepted. As with all professional writing activities please cite your sources and include any copyright information. Duplicate content will be omitted to conserve storage space. See "Making Submissions" for detailed technical information about submitting your files. The ISU HRTD Department reserves full editorial control over all content.
