TO ALL FACULTY AND STAFF:
*** IMPORTANT NEWS **
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has recently updated/revised our
Proposal Approval & Routing Form. This form MUST accompany all proposals
requesting external funds when they are submitted to OSP for review. The
new form has been posted to the OSP web site and can be found at --- www.isu.edu/grants
(navigation bar on the left, click on Required Forms). Please use this
revised form ONLY! (Note – The revised version is dated 5/15/2012
in the bottom right hand corner.) Previous versions of the Routing Form
will not be accepted and will be returned to the Principal Investigator
(PI) to be reissued using the new form.
With the rollout of this new form, we also want to remind everyone that the University Business Officer’s signature is required on the Proposal Approval & Routing Form. This signature, in addition to that of your Department Chair and Dean, MUST be obtained prior to bringing the form to Sponsored Programs.
