| 8 | Last day to register, add/drop, change section, or audit full semester courses. |

| 11 | Last day to apply for december 2008 graduation. |

| 7 | Preregistration begins for Spring 2009 Semester. |
| 24-28 | Thanksgiving Holiday (No classes. University closed for business 27th and 28th). |

| 1 | Deadline for non-resident tuition waiver application for spring 2008 semester (graduate students only). Form available online or in the Graduate School. |
| 5 | Last day to withdraw from school. |
| 5 | Last day for Fall 2008 Oral Exams. Final thesis clearance due within two weeks following oral exam. |
| 13-19 | Final exams. |
| 19 | Last day of Fall 2008 semester. |
| 19 | Programs of study due in the Office of Graduate Studies for students planning to graduate in May 2009 -no exceptions! |
| 22 | Final grades and grade change forms for Fall 2008 Semester due by noon. |

| 19 | Martin Luther King/Idaho Human Rights Day (no classes. University closed for business). |
| 23 | Last day to apply for May 2009 graduation. |
Graduation Note -Thesis copies in substantially final form shall be in the hands of the examining committee at least two weeks prior to the date scheduled for the oral examination. A signed final copy of the thesis is due in the Graduate School two weeks following the successful defense.
