How do I get a student identification number?
Bengal Card is your Idaho State University identification card and is required to obtain financial aid disbursements, access student services and enjoy student activities. Each semester the cards will be activated as fees are paid. Your Bengal Card can be obtained beginning the three-days prior to classes starting each semester. You can go to the Public Safety office (5th and Humbolt, Building #27) or the Bennion Student Union in Idaho Falls. Please refer to this website.
How do I check books out at the library?

How do I get a university computer account?
You can purchase an ISU computer account for $30 in the Fall and Spring semesters and $25 for the Summer semester. This gives you access to campus internet, computer labs on campus, laptop access and free printing. This can be purchased at the Computer Center in the basement of the Business Building in Pocatello or in the CHE building computer lab in Idaho Falls.
Are there facilities for personal counseling available on campus?
Yes. The Center for Counseling and Testing Services provides personal counseling and individual assessments to assist students in coping with psychological, emotional and interpersonal issues. Detailed counseling services information can be found here.
