What is a Non-Resident Tuition Waiver (NRTW) and how do I apply for one?
There are several categories of NRTWs - waivers of the non-resident tuition fee for students who are NOT residents of Idaho. NRTWs are distributed by the Graduate School on a competitive basis. NRTW application form and deadline information can be found at:
Note: these waivers do not cover the required in-state enrollment fees.
How do I know if I have been awarded a non-resident tuition waiver?
NRTW award notifications are made shortly after final grades are recorded for the current semester.
Who do I contact about graduate student loans?

How do I find campus employment information?
Campus employment may be work-study (a federal student work program) or non-work-study. Work-study information can be found here, non-work-study campus employment information and job postings can be found here.
Are travel funds available to graduate students?
Yes, limited funds are available. Graduate students may request aid for travel expenses to present papers on thesis or dissertation research at regional or national meetings. Requests should be presented only after the paper has been accepted. Funding support is limited, and requests should be made sequentially from: (a) the student's academic graduate department, (b) the student's college, and (c) the University Office of Research.
