Russian
As the largest country in the world, Russia covers more than half of Europe and nearly two-fifths of Asia. Russia's total production ranks second only to that of the United States. The Russian language is the most important Slavic language in regards to the number of persons who speak it and its cultural influence. Russia is known for its famous authors and composers, such as Tolstoy, Pushkin, Dostoevsky, Turgenev, Chechov, Chaikovsky, and Rachmaninov, among others.
