2000-2001 Affiliate Faculty Member, Idaho State University
Tech graduate students Clinical Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapy Profession. Prepare lesson plans, organize lectures and facilitate class discussions, problem solving and analysis. Evaluated student performance, engage in critical inquiry, and administrate course objectives. Collaborate with faculty and students to promote high quality education.

2000-2007 Regional Director of Therapy Services, Idaho Home Health and Hospice
Oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy in southeast Idaho. Manage scheduling, hiring, efficiency, documentation, quality assurance, communication, and auditing of therapy services. Evaluate and treat home bound physical therapy patients. Advocate for pediatric patients. Determine neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiac, and integument function of each patient. Promote, develop and implement marketing, administrative oversight, cost management, chart audits, and ergonomic training. Direct and supervise the family-centered service delivery and the physical therapy service, including support personnel. Provide prevention and promote health, wellness, and fitness to staff and community.

2000 Sports Physical Therapist, Bannock Regional Medical Center
Evaluate, treat, and discharge sports medicine, industrial rehabilitation, pediatric, and orthopedic outpatients. Develop home-based treatment programs. Supervise physical therapist assistants and physical therapist aides. Perform scheduling and billing duties. Facilitate communication with physicians, physical therapists, and other health care professionals. Instruct patients, co-workers, and community members in proper ergonomics and body mechanics.

1997-2000 Lead Physical Therapist, St. Mary’s Hospital
Perform outpatient, impatient, long-term care, pediatric, sports, rehabilitation, school-based, and home health physical therapy. Organized and opened new outpatient physical therapy facility. Implement scheduling, billing, statistics, and quality improvement programs. Renew school physical therapy contracts.
