Started teaching in the Physical Therapy program at Idaho State University in 2001

Education:

Clinical Experience:

Clinical focus is in the area of dizziness and balance collaborating with Audiology; secondary interest in rural health care and emphasis on cervical spine and shoulder dysfunction.

Teaching Responsibilities:

Instructs the Clinical Therapeutic Exericse and Cardiopulmonary Management courses. Guest lecture for the vestibular portion of the Neurosystem management course. Clinical practicum in vestibular and balance clinic.

Professional Actiivities:

Currently vice president and delegate of the Idaho Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association. Serves as an invited item writer for the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy.

Research Interests:

Clinical and adult education teaching techniques, interdisciplinary education, curricular models and program designs. Clinical research interests are in the areas vestibular and balance dysfunction with an emphasis on testing protocols and cervical or cardiac induced dizziness.
