David Kriner
CW HOG Director

David Kriner had been a HOG volunteer for 15 years before he became the Director for CW HOG in 2002. Born and raised in Pocatello, his knowledge of the surrounding environment is invaluable. He is an avid hand glider and fisherman. David is a also a certified ski instructor.

After finally realizing in my early twenties that we have mountains in this area, I have spent the better part of ten years exploring and learning about outdoor adventure. I recently expanded my horizons and love for the outdoors when I participated in my first river trip changing my life. I hope to share my passions and build lasting relationships with all participants involved.
Cindy DeRoche
Administrative Assistant
Cindy has been playing with the HOGs since 1984. She started working at the HOG office in 1986 and it has been her passion ever since. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Steve, for 30 years. They have a son,2 daughters, a daughter-in-law, 2 son-in-laws and 6 beautiful grandchildren. Photography is one of her hobbies, and she is usually the CW HOG photographer. Other hobbies and activities Cindy enjoys are whitewater rafting, skiing, camping, cooking, and sewing. "Life is good."

Americorps
Vista Volunteer

Dave, also known as Tren, is the Vista from Florida. He teaches the adaptive swimming, adaptive waterskiing, seated aerobics, and weight training classes for the HOGs. Tren built the CW HOG web site. He is also a facilitator for the challenge course and runs the HOG nights. He will be returning to Gainesville, Florida to attempt to build his own adaptive wilderness organization for peoples with disabilities.

Spencer Gilbert
Americorps Vista Volunteer

Spencer joined the hogs as a participant and avid skier and now hopes he can give something back. Spencer will be working to increase participation, volunteerism, funding, and of course snow skiing! Spencer has worked for non-profit wilderness agencies before and hopes that this will be helpful. He's married to his sweetheart Angela and they have a great son named Ryan and a dog named Kenya.
