 Experience

Whitney danced for seventeen years with the Dana Smith Dance Studio in Pocatello, Idaho where she is currently an instructor and directs the renowned Tuellerettes.  Whitney was a member of the DSDS “Fab Five,” who competed in New York City and won first place, grand champion, and $1,000.  Whitney has also danced at the Tueller School of Dance in Logan, Utah.  She was a Dance Caravan Kid Scholarship Winner in the summer of 2004 and traveled with Dance Caravan for eight weeks.  Whitney was Pocatello Junior Miss in 2003 and made it to the top ten at the state pageant, where she received the fitness award.  At Century High School Whitney participated in; cheerleading, she was a member of the National Honors Society, and was Valedictorian on her graduating class.  Whitney was crowed Miss Eastern Idaho 2006.  She was named a National Dance Alliance Collegiate All-American in 2005 while at summer camp in California.  She was a member of the 2006 Bengal Dancers competition team.  Whitney was awarded the 2006 Bengal Dancers Showmanship Award.
