 Experience

Amy danced with the Dance Depot in Idaho Falls, Idaho and was on the performing team there for nine years. She was also on the Madison High School Dance Team for two years and was the Assistant Captain for one year and Captain for one year. Amy participated in the 2002 Rexburg Junior Miss Pageant and received the Physical Fitness award. Amy has competed in various dance competitions in Las Vegas. She was awarded a scholarship to train with the Los Angeles Underground for a year while attending a dance convention in Las Vegas. Amy has spent time in Los Angeles taking lessons with numerous professional dancers and instructors. During the Summer of 2005, Amy took classes at the famous Edge Dance Studio in Los Angeles, California. Amy has choreographed for a number of different dance teams in the area. She is currently an instructor at Cope’s Dance and Fitness Center in American Falls and is the assistant for Southeastern Idaho Show Team. Amy is an instructor for the National Dance Alliance.  Amy was a model for the 2005 Cheerleader and Danzteam catalog.  While a member of the ISU Bengal Dancers Amy has received several awards; NDA Top Gun Turns in 2004 and a National Dance Alliance Collegiate All-American in 2003, 2004, and 2005 while at summer camp in California. Amy received the NDA Staff Most Technical Award in 2006 while at NDA staff training camp in Kansas City, Missouri.  Amy was the 2004 Bengal Dancer Newcomer of the Year and the 2006 Bengal Dancer of the Year.  Amy was a member of the ISU Bengal Dancers competition team in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Amy was the co-captain of the 2005-2006 Bengal Dancers.
