2007 Student Gift Campaign

Student Giving

Ryan Sargent - ASISU President

"The new student giving program is extremely beneficial to the university and its students. It provides a way to do some really great things for ISU that otherwise wouldn’t be possible with the funds that just come from tuition and fees."

What is the Student Gift Campaign?

The Student Gift Campaign is an opportunity for students to leave a contribution to ISU and to challenge their classmates to do the same. Your gift is a reminder of the time spent here before you take off to use the knowledge and experience gained while a student at Idaho State.

Why Give?

It’s simple; you’ve been given a lot and now is your opportunity to give back. Whether you realize it or not much of your experience at ISU was made possible by outside donations. Hopefully throughout your time spent at Idaho State University you have become a better person, and the donating to the Student Gift Campaign is one small way to give back and ensure that future students have the same great experience you had.

What is the 2007 Student Gift Campaign goal?

The goal for the 2007 Student Gift Campaign is set at $5,000. It sounds small but unless everyone donates we will not be able to reach it.

How much should you give?

There is no set amount that a student must give. We are asking for $20.07 in recognition of the school year, but a gift as little as $5.00 would make a difference.

What will my money be used for?

The money that is collected from donations will go to whatever you would like. There are a few options on the donation form that you can choose from including a Scholarship for sophmore, junior and senior students, as well as an empty blank where you can write in any part of ISU that has made your life better.

How do I make my gift?

You can give online, in person at the Development Office on the 1st floor of the administration building, or look for the drop boxes around campus.
