Our Mission
To provide accurate financial information and support to the departments of the College of Arts and Sciences and Kasiska College of Health Professions in order that they may efficiently and effectively provide courses that fulfill the role and mission at Idaho State University and the constituencies served. To maintain accountability to the college deans and financial vice president for all contracts, payroll and financial data. To provide a front office customer service function to all departments, their faculty and to the public.
- Facilitate instructional support for the College of Arts & Sciences and the Kasiska College of Health Professions to deliver courses at outreach locations throughout the State.
- Oversee program and budget for Summer Sessions for both colleges.
- Account for replacement costs, grants and release time.
- Verify costs related to 18 and 24 credit full-time instructors.
- Issue contracts for grad students, part-time instructors, faculty overloads and bi-campus incentive.
- Input proper coding for payroll and travel expenses related to outreach and graduate students payroll.
- Answer questions and assist faculty and department chairs with issues concerning contracts, payroll, travel authorization, reimbursement and incentive programs related to instruction for the Colleges of Arts & Sciences and the Kasiska College of Health Professions.
- Coordinate travel and cell phone checkout.
- Prepare and make available financial and budgetary reports to financial services, colleges and departments.
