Brooke Agado, Heather Hessheimer and Karen Portillo Attend ISU Commencement

Brooke Agado (Pocatallo, ID) completed her thesis work entitled Effects of Two Methods of Nonsurgical Periodontal Therapy (NSPT) on Health-Related Quality of Life and Illness for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial.
Heather Hessheimer (Lincoln, NE) completes her thesis work in August 2010 entitled Use of Questioning in a Dental Hygiene Didactic Course.
Karen Portillo (Henderson, NV) completed her thesis work entitled Current Status of Degree Completion Programs in Dental Hygiene Education which was also presented at the American Dental Hygienists' Association Annual session in Las Vegas, NV. Karen represented ISU for the Dentsply/ADHA Graduate Student Clinicians Program in June 2010.
