Payment of fees is requested upon initiation of the services that are associated with a fee.
The Dental Hygiene Clinic is recognized by most dental insurance companies. The clinical receptionist is available to assist you in this matter.
If you are an ISU student, we reserve the right to withhold grades or transcripts until payment for services is received.
