Meet James M. Rupp
| James M. Rupp was a debater at Idaho State University from 1954-1957.
He and his wife Sharon E. Rupp have provided a generous endowment
to ISU debate, including scholarships for students currently involved
in the program. In this way, Mr. Rupp is a central figure to both
