Learning Strategies
The ISU Center for Teaching and Learning under the division of Academic Affairs helps all students - undergraduate and graduate - with study skills, reading, mathematics, writing, English for Speakers of Other Languages, and Content Area Tutoring.
The CTL provides courses, workshops, tutors, and individualized counseling. Individually tailored workshops and presentations are available upon request. CTL services are free to ISU students, faculty and staff.
The Learning Strategies program teaches and administers credit classes ACAD 101, ACAD 103 and ACAD 104. The intent of these courses is to provide a foundation for learning and academic success (see also our credit classes page).
