Registration Steps
- Once you have completed the admission requirements for the program you are interested in, you will receive a letter of acceptance requesting that you send a $75 deposit to reserve your spot in the program.
- The first semester of technical coursework will be added to your registration by the Student Services office. See #3 if you are interested in an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. Continuing students will complete a pre-registration form in their program.
- If you are interested in receiving an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, you will need to pre-register for your academic coursework. There are two ways that you can pre-register for your academic courses. You can complete:
Web Registration: available on the new MyISU student web portal. Click on Academic Registration (You will need to know your Bengal Card Number and your password -- which is your birth month and year in four-digits, i.e. August, 1975 = 0875).
In-Person Registration: At the Student Services office, Roy F. Christensen Building, Fall Hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Summer Hours 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
**Student Services admission advior/counselors can help you plan your course schedule.**
- Approximately one month before classes begin, you will receive a bill for your registration fees. If you are receiving Financial Aid there will be a TranPay document identifying the fees/charges due and your financial aid. You can begin paying fees by mail or at the Cashier's Office. If you have questions regarding your schedule, please contact Student Services to clear up any problems before school begins.
- You will also receive a letter regarding the time and location
of your first day of school, a parking map of ISU, and other information.
