Marie received her bachelor's degree in 1976 from Utah State University's College of Education with a double major in Business Education and Distributive Education. She graduated from ISU's College of Technology Computer Software Engineering Technology program with a Microcomputer Specialist Postsecondary Technical Certificate in 2003. She enjoys working with students to provide training in document production, business math, computerized accounting, English grammar skills and transcription, and Microsoft software applications (Excel, Access, and Word). She has several years of experience in business and industry and over 30 years of post-secondary teaching experience.

Deb received her M.Ed. from Idaho State University in 1990. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management and Business Education at Brigham Young University in 1977. She enjoys teaching in the Business Information program because of the variety of courses that are offered. She is especially interested in the areas of integrated computer applications and records management. She has taught at a private business school and a community college as well as a public high school. In addition, she has held a variety of office positions in government, business, and industry—all opportunities she has enjoyed by having good business skills and a desire to learn new things.

Rick Paul

Rick graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Business Administration. After graduation, he successfully started, managed, and then sold a Jacksonville, Florida based marketing company. While pursuing a MBA at the University of North Florida, he became a Management Consultant for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Small Business Development Center (SBDC) helping hundreds of small business clients. He saw the need for a real world, hands-on textbook for entrepreneurship and wrote "The Experienced Entrepreneur" which sold to colleges and universities as well as being used in business plan competitions. Rick is also Service Core of Retired Executives (SCORE) Business Counselor having served with SCORE in Florida and Vermont. Rick has approximately 15 years' experience teaching business classes at the college and university level.

Gene received his bachelor's degree in 1991 from Idaho State University's College of Education with a double major in Vocational Teacher Education and Corporate Training. He graduated from ISU's College of Technology Marketing and Management Program in 1981. His expertise lies in the areas of business management, business math, accounting, and computer software and hardware. He has over 30 years experience in business and industry and 18 years of post-secondary teaching experience.
