Group Audiologic Rehabilitation Clinic
ISU Audiology offers an AR support group to help our patients make the most of their residual hearing and to better understand communication challenges. The AR session consists of four classes that cover the following topics: understanding your hearing loss, using assistive listening devices, communication strategies, and helpful information about hearing aids. Doctoral students conduct the sessions and provide hearing evaluations for each participant. In our groups family members are encouraged to attend.
