An introduction to historical and cultural perspectives on China. Topics covered will include different aspects of traditional Chinese cultures with a view to understanding contemporary Chinese society. Taught by a native Chinese
expert, you’ll explore history, music, art, literature and social aspects of this fascinating culture.

Learn basic conversational Chinese by practicing fundamental speaking and listening skills. Build a core of expressions and vocabulary needed in travel or as a basis for further study. You’ll also learn interesting cultural information.

intermediate conversational spanish
If you have already taken one of our Spanish courses or have some background in Spanish, come join this fun, interactive Spanish course. This class will focus on the two past tenses, present subjunctive tense, and future tense, with emphasis on broadening your existing vocabulary.
