Tutorial Lab Information
Tutorial instructors are available to assist Comm 1101 and 2201 students. The ISU CommLab is one of the few university labs that use full time instructors as tutors.

The lab can provide individual tutoring to enrich and support your experience in the Communication 1101 or 2201 courses. Tutors can assist other students who need help with any form of oral communication. Visitors to the CommLab can receive assistance with:
- Drop-in assistance
- Outline development
- Topic selection
- Research
- DVD taping
- Delivery critique
- PowerPoint
- Speech writing/structure
- Creating audience awareness
- Visual Aid supports
- Anxiety reduction
