Space is limited, so please complete this form as soon as possible. Registration must be received no later than February 25th. The conference fee is $20 for the general public and $10.00 for students. Lunch will be provided. Make checks payable to ISU and return them to:

Parking passes are required in order to park on the ISU campus. When you pre-register, please indicate if you need a parking pass and one will be sent to you.
