Technology Class Series: Introduction to the Information Age
Session 2: May 17 - June 14, 2008*

*No class will be held on June 7 and July 5
Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9 am – 11 am

Each session consists of four Saturdays and each class will last two hours. A skills evaluation comprised of hands-on tasks covering topics presented in the class will be conducted at the end of each class. Participants who successfully complete the skills assessment at the end of the class will be awarded a certificate of completion that can be included in a job application. Participants must attend all four classes to be eligible for the certificate of completion.
This class will assist individuals who are currently unemployed or underemployed gain computer skills to increase jobs options.

Week Four:
Introduction to the Internet
